Where and when will this event take place?

Katy Wild West Brewfest will be held at the Villagio Town Center in Katy on Saturday May 4, 2013. A map to the location can be found here.  We ask for the comfort and consideration of your pets and all Brew Fest guest that you leave Fido and Fifi at home.  

Who does this event benefit?

All proceeds from ticket sales to Katy Wild West Brewfest will go toward KISD extrracurricular programs, as well as many other Katy area non-profits.

Where can you park.

Tickets, tickets who has my tickets?

• Will you  mail my tickets?  No, the TABC requires us to verify your age.  With appropriate ID and your Eventbrite printed and/or emailed receipt and/or your QR code you will be able to pick up your drink tickets and wrist band on the day of the Brew Fest at the event.
• Why should I prepay if I have to stand in line? You may have a short wait depending on your arrival time.  However, more check in lines will be available for Prepaid guests than for those who purchase the day of the event.  Prepaid guests will be able to check in and pick up their drink card and wrist band from designated staff at check area . Have your  ID and Eventbrite printed receipt or QR code ready so we can get you tasting as soon as possible.
• I bought VIP tickets, do I stand in line?  There will be dedicated VIP check in at the check in area.
• Should I wait until Saturday morning to buy my tickets online?  No,  online ticket purchases will not be available after 8 p.m. Friday May 3rd.

What can I expect from Katy Wild West Brewfest?

Lots. Delicious craft beers from local (and not-s0-local) breweries,  live music, the chance to support the local community and school district, and a whole lot of fun. Having a great time and would like to taste more of the great brews?  No problem, we have you covered.  You will be able to purchase additional drink tickets on the day of the event for just $10.00.
