Sponsorship Levels

When you become a sponsor, you will be invited to a PRIVATE PARTY at an undisclosed location the day before, just our way of saying "Thank you" and taking care of our sponsors. 
Executive Level and VIP Tent sponsorship:

  • Company name/logo featured in the title of the event in all materials, including website, event banner, print materials, public service announcements and any other event materials.
  • Company name on the banners in the courtyard of the event, entrance and exit banner.
  • Community exposure to over 30,000 households, community websites and community e-newsletters, plus The Villagio Town Center of Katy’s calendar of events and e-newsletters.
  • Premium signage location throughout the event for marketing PLUS the opportunity to provide a gift bag to VIPs.
  • 6 Invitations to the Private Invitation only Brewers Meet and Greet Party held the night before the event.
  • 10 VIP Passes for the private tasting area
  • 15 Event tickets
  • VIP Tent sponsorship, including signage for VIP Tent for both inside and outside the tent
  • One Free booth space in our event to showcase your product or service during the event including 2 attendees.

Bar Sponsor:

  • Company name and logo on the front of the bar. “Bar sponsored by XXXX”
  • Company name/logo listed in all materials including website, and one event banner.
  • 4 invitations to the Private Invitation only Brewers Meet and Greet Party held the night before the event.
  • 6 VIP Passes for the private tasting area.
  • 10 Event tickets

Two at $2500.00 each


Platinum Level: 

  • Company name/logo listed in all materials including website, and one event banner.
  • Company name and logo on the wristband and over 2,500 general tasting mugs, which each patron will take home.
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item in VIP gift bag.
  • 4 invitations to the Private Invitation only Brewers Meet and Greet Party held the night before the event.
  • 6 VIP Passes for the private tasting area.
  • 10 Event tickets

VIP Sponsorship:

  • Company name/logo listed on website, event banner, and print materials.
  • Company name on the Commemorative Tasting cup given to all VIP’s (over 400).
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item in the VIP gift bag.

Band Sponsorship:

  • Company name/logo listed in all materials including website, one event banner, public service announcements and any other event materials.
  • Exclusive rights to your company name and logo on the banner in front of the band (along with the other sponsors), which will be where most of the action will be!
  • Special recognition by the band during the event to you and your company.
  • Opportunity to provide marketing item in VIP gift bag.
  • 4 invitations to the Private Invitation only Brewers Meet and Greet Party held the night before the event.
  • 6 VIP Passes for the private tasting area.
  • 10 Event tickets
  • 4 Tickets to Mo’s in Katy to hear the band and dance in the best honky tonk in Katy!

  • Company name/logo listed in all materials including website, and the Ice Banners (2)
  • Recognition by the band throughout the event to recognize you and your company for providing the ice to make our beer cold! (Which is a huge hit!)

  • 4 invitations to the Private Invitation only Brewers Meet and Greet Party held the night before the event.

  • Pending approval vendors may sell various goods with proof of a vendor license. 2 attendees.
